Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

  1. All sessions are to be paid for at the time of booking or a minimum of 72 hours prior to the booked appointment time.
  2. Details of how to pay will be provided at the initial booking.
  3. Appointments are not confirmed until after payment has been received.
  4. If payment is not received 72 hours prior to the appointment date and time the appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you are unable to attend your session a minimum notice period of 48 hours is required.
  2. If you cancel an appointment over 48 hours in advance of your appointment the payment already made will be held in credit for a future session.
  3. If you do not cancel within the minimum notice period you will need to pay again for another session.
  4. If for any unforeseen circumstance we need to cancel your session we will give you as much notice as possible. If this does happens we will hold your payment in credit for a future session and we will be in touch as soon as practicable to re-book at a time that best suits you.
