On Line Therapy

We are now offering online therapy to all our clients.

What is online therapy you ask?

Online counselling (also called e-counselling, teletherapy, or virtual therapy) is a form of professional psychological support provided over the internet rather than in person, face-to-face.

It typically involves communication between a qualified counsellor or therapist and a client through secure digital platforms — such as video calls, phone calls, live chat, email, or messaging apps.

The goal is the same as in-person counselling: to help individuals explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours; develop coping strategies; and work toward emotional wellbeing.

In short, it’s counselling delivered remotely using digital technology — offering greater accessibility, flexibility, and privacy, though it still relies on the same ethical and professional standards as traditional therapy.

In summary, online counselling is just like traditional therapy, only you don’t have to leave the sofa. It’s chatting with a qualified counsellor over video, phone, or even messages — getting the same support and guidance, but with the comfort and convenience of doing it from wherever you are.
